You can pay deposits by paypal or credit card (paypal account not required) by using this link. Damage deposit are refunded within 3 days of departure. Please add your booking reference or name when paying the damages deposit.

Unfortunately, parking is not provided with any of our apartments due to restrictions within the locations of the properties. However, both Easter Rd and Rossie Place have free parking outside the apartment!

For the Bread Street, Spittal Street and Castle Wynd apartments there are 3 options available, all very close by:

• NCP Cark Park on Castle Terrace, EH1 2EW. Prices for this car park range from £5 for 1 hour, to £28 for 24 hours.
• Princes Exchange Car Park, 9/2 Riago Street, EH3 9BL. Prices for this car park range from £2 for 1 hour to £15 for 24 hours.
• Pay and Display parking outside your apartment. Prices start at £3.40 for 1 hour; however there is a maximum of 4 hours parking allowed.

For the Easter Road and Rossie Place apartments there are two options nearby:

• Street parking on Edina Place, EH7 5RN, directly across the road from the apartment. Parking here is free. however spaces are limited and fill up quickly. The nearby Bothwell St and Rossie Place also have free parking and are only 100 yards from the apartment.
• Pay and Display parking around the corner on Edina Street, EH7 5PN. Prices start from £2 for 1 hour, with a maximum of 4 hours stay.

For the Elm Row Edinburgh apartment, there are several options available. These are fully detailed for guests upon request once bookings are confirmed. Just get in touch if you have not yet received them.

Check in at any of our Edinburgh apartments is from 1pm onwards, and must be arranged in advance. We now operate a Key Safe at all of our apartment (except Elm Row). This means that arrival can be anytime after 1pm although we ask that you let us know an approximate time so that we can ensure that the apartment is ready for you. Once the apartment has been serviced on the day we text Key Safe instructions to your mobile phone. Its that simple!

An early check in may be possible if there are no guests staying the previous night or guests have left early. Please check with us a few days in advance to see if this is possible. Early check in charges will be advised in advance. Payment should also be made in advance by using Paypal or credit card at the bottom of this page.

Check out is any time before 11am. To check out, just remember to turn the heating down, lock the apartment door and post the keys back through the letter box. If you would like to arrange a late check out, please contact a member of our Team in advance to see if this is possible. Prices start at £10 for each additional hour. Once a time and cost is agreed you can make payment at the bottom of this page by using Paypal or credit card.

Unfortunately, there is no luggage storage available at any of our apartments. Please see above for possible late check out options and contact a member of our team for availability. Failing that, there are two alternative options available to you:

• The Excess Baggage Company at Waverly Station, EH1 1BB. Prices for left baggage start from £6 for 1 hour.
• The Bus Station at EH1 3DX. Prices start from £5 for a 12-hour period.

Cancellation policies can vary depending on where you have booked your city centre apartment, as some booking sites have stricter conditions than others. Please check the terms and conditions where you made the booking. Please get in touch if you are unsure.

If you have booked an apartment directly through DeLorean Apartments then you have 60 days prior to arrival to cancel and receive a full refund (less £50 cancellation fee). Unfortunately, if cancelling within 60 days of your arrival, there is no refund available.

Here is where you can pay for anything that has been arranged with us including early check ins, late check outs, cots, high chairs, postage of items left behind and anything else!
Just enter your booking reference or surname and click Pay Now. You will then be able to enter the amount that has been agreed. This can be by using Paypal or credit card.
